Founded in 2004 by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta—grandson of Sassicaia’s creator—Chacra has become one of Patagonia’s great wine estates. For nearly two decades, Piero has honored the striking Río Negro Valley through biodynamic and organic farming, producing wines that reflect both place and heritage.

In partnership with Burgundian master Jean-Marc Roulot, Chacra has also introduced a remarkable Chardonnay project that unites Old World precision with the wild beauty of Patagonia.

We invite you to join us for an evening with Grand Cru Selections Sales Manager Tyler Stacy, featuring Chacra’s exceptional wines alongside a South American–inspired menu from our culinary team.
