Salty Magazine and Chef Franco Fugel of one Michelin-starred Selby’s in Atherton, CA, will welcome guest chef Massimo Falsini of one Michelin-starred and one Michelin Green-starred Caruso’s in Montecito, CA, for an Italian-accented gastronomic celebration.

The one-night-only dinner event on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026, will celebrate both chefs’ Italian roots as they merge their distinctive culinary signatures and creativity to showcase the best of California hospitality.
