Spottswoode Wine Dinner

Monday, January 19 at 6 p.m.

For more than four decades, Spottswoode has produced some of California’s most compelling wines. The story began in 1972, when Jack and Mary Novak acquired the historic Spottswoode estate. Located on the west side of St. Helena, the Novak family vineyard is meticulously hand-farmed and has been Certified Organic since 1985 and Biodynamic since 2008. This longstanding commitment to thoughtful stewardship and expressive winemaking is evident vintage after vintage. As wine writer Antonio Galloni once noted, “When I think of what St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon should be, I often think of Spottswoode.” Sommeliers, consumers, and critics alike continue to regard Spottswoode as one of California’s finest wineries.'

Please join us for our first wine dinner of 2026, featuring an exceptional lineup of Spottswoode wines paired with a winter-inspired multi-course menu. Marketing Ambassador Lyndy Novak will guide us through each pour, sharing the stories, philosophy, and vineyard-driven expression behind these iconic wines.
